Infusionsoft can automatically send reminders to update credit card details when they are about to expire.
To review or setup the credit card payment reminders in Infusionsoft follow the following instructions.
Step 1 Go to Billing Automation:
Step 2: Click Billing Automation and then Add Trigger for Credit card about to expire
Step 3 Select Email (or Edit) as required and use the Credit card update template
a) Select send email
b) Choose Credit Card update link.
c) Edit email contents as required.
